In collaboration with Lift-Up-Vikes Food Pantry, our class will guide you through the process of transforming these everyday cooking items and seasonal produce into delicious, easy, and nutritious meals. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or just need some fresh recipe ideas, this class offers hands-on experience, practical tips, and creative recipes. Plus, learn about the important work Lift-Up-Vikes does in our community and how we can all contribute to reducing food waste and supporting those in need. Don’t miss this opportunity to cook with purpose and connect with others who share a passion for good food. For our first cooking demo of the season, we will be making gazpacho with fresh bread and sides to dip.
